A native of Phoenix Arizona, Cori was raised in a creative family and had just finished her first novel, when VerticalBlu Film Company approached her to write a screenplay for their film “Convenience”. After being on set, she soon joined the company as an executive producer on the project, and realized the enjoyment of bringing a story to the big screen.

After releasing “Convenience”, she began scripting and producing her second feature film, “Life In Transit” which was seen in multiple theaters across the Phoenix area and later sold on DVD.

During this time, she also wrote and produced multiple successful short films. In 2009, she won “Audience Choice Award” for “The Treehouse” and in 2010; she won “Best Story Award” for “Masterpiece” both from The Phoenix Film Festival.

Cori recently finished her second novel, Hearts Under Fire which currently has over 12,500 views on wattpad.com averaging over 156 readers and was ranked #1 Wartime Story during the height of its promotion. She recently began working on a sequel, Hearts Everlasting and the screenplay for Hearts Under Fire with the intention to one day bring the stories to film.

Cori graduated with a Global Business degree with an emphasis on Marketing from Arizona State University. She is a full time Marketing Director and spends her free time playing with her puppy and crafting her next story.
